What photos should I upload?+
Clear, well-lit photos from the front and side work best. You can also add close-ups of clothing, accessories, a favorite pose, or any detail that matters to you.
Can you create a memorial figurine?+
Yes. We approach memorial pieces with extra care. You can share several photos from different years, and our artist will help combine the details that feel most meaningful.
Will I see a preview first?+
Yes. We review your photos and send a custom design preview before production begins. Two reasonable revision rounds are included.
How long does it take?+
Most pieces are handcrafted in 12–18 business days after the design is approved. U.S. delivery typically takes another 5–8 business days.
What is each figure made from?+
Each piece is sculpted in durable resin, carefully hand-finished, hand-painted, and mounted on a display base.
